Trying out this idea that a friend told me about... Monthly aisle shops and weekly perimeter shops. Monthly aisle shops (whole store) to stock up on all nonperishable items with meals semi-planned in advance. The perimeter route is for fresh food only, as needed.

Should be both cheap and healthy if we manage it well, with less chance of junk food splurges :)
145.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
