Well, I did not eat bagels and the birthday cake in the office for what it is worth :) I am proud of myself not to eat my disappointment.

Control is a win. Track EVERYTHING! Get a handle on what you are putting in your mouth and how it may be affecting your body. The timing hours with your sleep and stress schedule, supplements, meditation, exercise, medication, what relaxes you and makes you happy and laugh? It all feeds into a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
