Due to all the stuff I ate last week, I started out doing a prune juice diet. Which I am still kind of on, have 6 days of prune juice left so I need to drink it.But I have been on straight liquid and doing my p90x workout with 1 zumba on the weekend. Some days I feel tried but I was feeling that before the prune juice. I know it is time for me to really stay focused and I hate when people try to convince you it is okay to eat something when they know what you are trying to do and achieve. But in all it is lent and my main focus is not to eat out and to finish the food I have in my freezer or the soup in the cabinet. But if I can make it on my liquid diet till the date I have in mind, that would be awesome and I know I can do it no matter what someone else says or tries to get you to eat. Because in all really is mental because you are the only one that can stop yourself in the end and think you are hungry or do not want to or have the time to workout.
