OMG! So I tweeked my diet a little bit. I have transitioned to the Whole 30. Only Meat, Fish, veggies, and fruit. No Carbs, milk, cheese, and sugar. Well I cheat and put sugar and a little cream in my coffee. But that is it. And the weight has been melting off!!1 And I am Vitamin Deficient and I started taking the Vitamin D that the doctor gave me and that has been helping too. I am so excited..
177.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.3 lb a week
