Ate a bit more then perhaps I should of last night. We were celebrating the release of our new product and took a cruise around Lake Washington. The food selection was pretty limited and I indulged in a bit of Scotch which really bumped up my calorie count. To make up for it, I am heading into the Cascades today with some friends to do a 4 hour snowshoe hike.
