I'd give it til new years at least. Your 2 weeks isn't over yet. I've only lost 12 lbs since october 18th.

Every time you go back to Atkins it can be different. I never lose 10 lbs the first week. I only lost 2 and I didn't have anything that wasn't on induction. Just be patient, stop drinking the wine and see how it goes.

Here are a couple of things to consider. Are you on any different medication? The bc pill has been making it very hard for me to lose weight. You could also have intestinal yeast overgrowth which can make it hard to lose. If you are exercising and following the diet and not losing you may want to keep a food and activity journal and then consult with your physician and see if he/she has any ideas about why you aren't losing. You should also do your measurements to see if you are losing any inches. Believe me I know how you feel. I let myself indulge in some low carb treats on Christmas day...yes, I ate more than I should have but everything was Atkins friendly...and I gained 5 pounds in one day. Today I was down a half pound but still. Anyway, look closely at meds and such to make sure they aren't slowing you down. I would also recommend that you give up the wine for a week or two and see if that makes a difference. Hang in there, you can do it.
