Starting some of my own challenges, getting somethings together for my blog to help others as well as trying to get my resume together to reenter the work force this week. Gonna be busy but hey! I can do this!!!!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
