The raised beds I made yesterday for the neighbour went well - She was delighted, however It was very hard work for me as I had a lot of earth to move around - I was shattered afterwards. I am now just about through 7th day of 16hr IF and finished a second sub 20g carb day. Prior week totals, less than two units of alcohol and average cal intake under 1500 cals per day. Basically I have thrown the kitchen sink at the diet.
The first day of wearing a fit bit was good it tells me that I used up 3658 cals and ate only 1373 cals. Quite a large deficit. Today will be a much quieter day - I have work a lot of H&S documents to complete.
Target today two things under 20g carbs and over 10000 steps. I am still trying to decide food wise how to approach my holiday - Mostly we will be eating in. A low carb week is probably impossible to orchestrate with Claire cooking only for two of us instead of three. I'm thinking a very simple under 2200 calories each day for the week and lots of walking? Other Holiday tips welcome that will not piss off my non dieting wife?
