I have eaten the same thing the last two nights with these weigh in's i dont want to stop haha for those of you who love italian i would be happy to share my recipie for a very healthy pesto lasagna i eat the ENTIRE pan there is no pasta just veggies no fat pesto 1.5 ounces of almond mozerella chesse and half an ounce of applegate tureky pepperoni i cut into small pieces spread and broil after cooking the veggies stove top wtih no oil! also been getting two workouts in, yesterday i couldnt' sleep after my wish day and went to a 645am cp2 at cpy and then ran 3.1 miles (map my run) so happy with this this weigh in was before using restroom before exercise before coffee and water woot woot
