Down is a good thing! I did a pretty good job this past week and I can only hope this week goes as well. We have friends coming to visit this weekend and the food and booze will be flowing. I just have to remember that I can have fun without too much of either one. That's the hard part.
For now I will celebrate this past weeks loss and focus on taking it one day at a time. Stay strong everyone and have a great week!
