Dropped a little weight in spite of eating above my RDI on several consecutive days. I was more active than usual (lately) for a rest day. Trying to (re)learn to play tennis. I was tired afterward...
180.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
