I was doing so well this past week and then the weekend came. I ate everything I could find and then some. How I managed to lose is beyond me but I'll take it. Now to get through this week. I'll get in a long walk today and hopefully that will be a daily thing now.

Good job! I kind of did that yesterday - pleased that the damage was only 1/2 lb, but would have preferred a loss, no matter how small. I'll get in a walk too, thanks for commenting.
