It's been a long, stressful, snow-filled couple of weeks and the diet and exercise plans went right to hell. :(

Still, taking advantage of Ash Wednesday as a good mental starting place to get back on the horse and back on track with the dieting, the exercising and the updating on this site... Gotta stick with it this time and not get derailed!
