huge jump up again. swam this morning so hopefully will see some results tomorrow from that. i think it was the large amount of gimchi I ate yesterday that is so salty. but also the lunches and eating out a lot. tracking constantly is hard and counting calories, but certainly something I need to do to bring awareness to my situation. very hard to do when so many external food meetings.
