What a relief to see a drop! Last week's weigh-in felt like walking up to a precipice and sticking my toes out over the edge, daring myself to fall.
But I didn't.
I hit the gym four days this week, subbed veggies in wherever I could, and dropped 100 calories from my normal lunch. There were also days this week where I simply didn't feel hungry (which is new for me, as I almost always feel hungry unless I just had a HUGE meal). I double checked my food logging at the end of a couple days because I thought for sure I'd missed recording something.
