I'm back!!! It been a long time since I've been here but it's time to get back on the saddle. For the past year I've actually lost 2 pounds. Not good but at least I didn't gain. I have now found out I have high cholesterol so I need to learn to eat better to get that lowered. Diabetes has managed to stay away so I know losing weight will help both issues.
I'm trying a 5/2 fasting program and today is a fasting day. I'll eat 500 calories just so I don't kill anyone at work. This should be interesting.
As I've said before, "stay strong", I just now have to believe it myself!
