I will start exercising again tonight after work. I have had the lurgy for nearly a week but there's friends worse off than me with the big C. All I could can say is we all have to take each day as it comes. I put on a pound, loose a pound but look back at all the excess baggage and poundage I have lost I am not doing too bad. I now can wear my button fly 501's for this weekend!!! Even though I don't know you all I would like to say a big thank you for your words of support. Again at the weekend I was told don't loose anymore. Dream on!!

You've done really well and, let's face it, intense exercising with a viral infection (which is what a cold is) isn't recommended. You're feeling better now so you're best placed to get back into the routine. All the best, MM
