Very happy with this considering what i've been eating for 2 weeks and no exercise.
Went to gym last night and felt awful, always the way starting back.

Sick today so only had some celery and water. Hopefully a walk later.
173.3 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
