Wow... Have been away for ages!! Just too tired to focus on recording anything or planning what I put in my mouth... Some out of control weight gain happened, but I'm gonna start focusing on putting in the right stuff into my body from now, again :-)
I'm 3 and a half months pregnant and super excited!! The baby's over 15cm's long already and 2 weeks ago at my last ultra sound, I could see him/hear jumping up and down in my tummy!! What an awesome gift to carry and allow God to make another person inside us!!
So, I've changed my profile and weight expectancy (from loss to gain). According to my BMI I should only pick up a few kilo's in total. I've been adding on the kilo's a bit too fast, but it's due to really over eating and putting in junk! So, I know it'll stabilize as soon as I eat healthier.
I should weigh between 72 and 74 on the day of baby's birth. So, I've put in 74 for my goal weight.
Am luckily still exercising, but ubber slow and at half pace :-)
Due date is end of April next year (DV). So, gonna be healthy and keep it rolling from there on!!
It's been lekker reading all of my "buddies" progress today.
