i should have done better, but life this last week was crazy, i did workout one day only so time to get back on track, can tell difference w/ my body, aches and pains from not getting to workout.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
