I'm not surprised. iv been having more bad days than good this last month. too many drinkies and chippies. let's get back on track. at least I'm still exercising most days. I feel fit but fat.
138.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
