continuing to count calories. ..1500 per day. and keeping up with my walking challenge..
20 minutes per day 5 days a week. usually do 30 minutes!
272.5 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 122.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
