Sorry I have not been updating here on a regular basis but I am busy all the time it seems with my family, 3 Dogs and a Cat. My current weight as of this morning was 228 pounds and I am trying to get to 199 even thou y goal on here is 225. Hope all is well with all you lifestyle change artist as things are great with me!
