Ok. Well, I have been on the fat smash diet for about 2 weeks now and have lost about 1.5 pounds. I have been exercising like I never have before and am actually seeing some results. I really hope that new dress fits!!!! I only have 19 days now until it gets here. Why oh why did my sister in law have to get me that Casvalli dress??? But for something that cost that much, I better be able to fit into it when it gets here!!!

Don't forget to measure yourself - you may be losing a ton of inches and that's why you're not seeing the weight come off - remember - muscle does weigh more than fat - Keep up the good work and good luck!!
