So, here it is, my feable attempt at weight loss. Today has been a discouraging day as a whole. While the scale went down, I am feeling oddly less comfortable in my clothes. Must have had a little too much sodium, so maybe I am retaining water. Who knows. All I know is that the number on the scale doesn't matter to me as much as how I feel. And today I feel so blah. Does anyone else have that problem, where you should be excited, but you can't be? I should feel amazing, instead I am hiding in my oversized pants and bulky sweater. Ugh. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. But, I'll make today count too. And I'll definitely watch the salt. I should know better...
133.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i have felt like that. absolutely. if you look back at some of my posts i struggled with nausea for a while and i was exhausted. I would workout then fall right into the bed. last weekend was tough and technically i completed Phase 1 yesterday so i should have had tons of energy. Also, my body was trying to start a cycle for a few days and it was just to worn out, I think because I was late and no cramping, etc... (sorry gentleman). Last Friday I came home from work early and took a nap in the middle of the day!! I am very strict on this diet and it may have something to do with the way i was feeling. I just started feeling normal yesterday. My b-friend noticed a huge difference in just one day. I am usually so hyper and bouncing off the walls that it unnerved him a bit to see me so tired all of the time.. The funny thing is that I have no cravings and I am really not hungry at all anymore so I don't want to rock the boat so to speak, but I was getting worried and maybe a little depressed?? Maybe?? I hoep you feel better. Mine lasted about one week out of teh 2 week of phase 1. Hope this helps and hope I didn't give you TMI or scared you at all...I was just telling you what I personally experienced and I think it helps to talk about it...

When I hold water weight/puffiness, it reflects a good 2 to 3 pounds on the scale (every time). I think its good news out of the bad....that you can feel bloated and the scale not reflect it. Maybe it's just a poopy day for you, your entitled. Your weight loss however is wonderful and you deserve KUDOS!!!

It's probably something else that's making you not feel so well. Keep losing and I promise you will feel better. :-)
