OK. So in the last week and a half, I worked out 5 times (not bad!)but still waiting for the weight to go down. Actually it went up a little as it often does when you start to work out. Hope all of you are doing well. Momma
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
