Weight hasn't gone up significantly and that is a blessing considering yesterday's bad, bad behavior!!!
Salad for lunch with feta and blue cheese and olives and 2 large coffees
starving by dinner time, so stopped by the store and picked up mixed nuts!!! Finished ALL of them! (8 servings??) Also, made a 2 serving batch of tofu noodle fettucini, and even though didnt need it, managed to eat both servings!!!
lots of salt, oil, cheese, and fats!!
No workout for no apparent reason other than ennui...!
The previous night I was up late working on a deadline and perhaps that's to blame for no prep on bfast, lunch, dinner, or gym!
