Never have I ever seen a NO-GAIN in shark week!!! I'm happy!

What I did differently though, is I had a half cup of Korean Red Ginseng Tea... (all that I could get in.) A weird flavor, not bad, but not great either... I think that brought all my water out, and also emptied my stomach... That's my thoughts anyway, as that was the only difference in my whole diet regime...

166.7 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
