i wasn't sure how well this would go.. i've been weighing in frequently but after workouts so i didn't count them since i'd sweat. truly feel balanced, i eat super clean and i allow myself meals to indulge and enjoy myself with my favorite foods for take out pre 2nd pumping i have created some insanely tasty and low calorie healthy nutritious meals i eat on a regular basis. if you would like to learn the recipes let me know!
