No workout still yesterday on Sunday...wasn't feeling motivation and was stressing out about a deadline which I drew out so long by procrastinating that needlessly I had to stay up until almost 3 to finish it! oh well! Food wasn't the best either...somehow felt bored of everything in the fridge. Brunch: subway veggie patty salad coffee at home with 4 tsps of creamer and splenda 2-3 atkins bars (lost track!!) cheese couple pieces late night dinner around 11 pm or so: tofu noodles, pesto powder, olive oil, parmesan cheese
Monday morning sees the weight remains steady. Probably due to late night dinner and the high salt from pesto, atkins bars, cheese etc.
I need to dredge up motivation to re-start this week right and go work out everyday this week!!! and go back to counting carbs!! Need to get to 135 pds by the end of this week--31st.
