some ups, some downs. had a few bad days with the Pringle and the shapes so I was a bit surprised to see this loss. hope it's not short lived. feel like I'm ready to focus and get back on track.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
