Happy Saturday to all. I did my MUST workout yesterday, and really over did it again, on my run, but was impressed, that I increased my run time by 3 minutes to 15 minutes. I was happy my heart rate maxed at 165 beats a minute, but was dead tired for my weights, which took forever. I slept very well last night, and feel like I'm really getting in shape. I am getting satisfied with my progress working out just once a week. I mean, after all, I'm going to be 66 in January. My diet was great yesterday, until my band mates wanted to eat Taco Lita burritos. They are enormous, but so delicious. Have a great weekend everyone!
