happy thursday morning. doing ok with weight loss but as i am not young and my skin not as elastic sure see a lot of wrinkles. well guess that is the price one pays for years of overeating. nothing happens without consequences

These things can be improved if not reversed. Genetics also plays a big role too.

Kathleen, you're doing great with the weight loss! I'm 67 and expect a big saggy stomach when this is all over and probably the lines in the face, too. The roadmaps of our lives.

Exactly Phillysue.........I call them the badges of life. :)) I can't expect to like I am 18 at 50. I can however look good and healthy for a 50 year old.

The bottom of my upper arms are a bit like that. My biceps are not, good & solid. I lift barbells every other day, now started using stretch bands every day for different parts of my body. Hoping the bands may help the sag. Good luck Kathleen & all you fellow members.
