pre pumping no exercise before weigh in had a cheat meal with friends not worth it but it was good to hang with them and at least they cooked just not what i'd normally eat. overall been doing lots of veggies in my diet arctic zone with pb2 for dessert feel like I'm eating more breakfast snack is 1/2 cup of oatmeal wih pb2 cinnamon and low card tortilla with one tbsp of salted crunchy natural pb and maybe a quest bar
121.6 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 121.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
