did not do so well yesterday went over calories and carbs was lucky and did not gain but lost a little so glad about that going to fisical therapy to day for the knees so will probly put this back on do to water well have a great day
275.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
