Yeah! I finally hit the 185! On jogging hiatus for 2 weeks (shin splint), not having too much of a hard time respecting the diet. Next week, I want to bike (didn't this week, needed the rest) and it should keep going in the right direction.

Thanks skwhite, indeed, it's way better after a week off, but my ankles are still tender (don't know what exactly is wrong there, impacts or calves that are too tight) I'll bike this week, stretch a lot and use the rolling pin in the hope everything eases up in that area. I miss running and am looking forward for a few nice runs in the morning next week.
