Another 22 in a row for me. :-) I have not ordered take out all week :-) I have not had any cookies, cakes, nothing like that. I know it's only Thursday but I have tonight's dinner planned and then for tomorrow, I have it covered as well ;-) I have been doing breakfast, lunch two hours later then workout two hours later then protein an hour after then supper then snack two hours after. I'll be ready to loosen up a bit and unwind for the weekend. Still not sure if I want to do the program 6 days a week or just four and then do walking and abs on the weekends. Idk yet.

You would be proud of me today, Misty, as I did my pushups, I walked 10 min., and ran for 8 min., then I lifted weights. I worked out for two hours.
