It looks like it will be hard to keep down over winter months. Already up to 76.1. I might try to mix my gym workouts up a bit, maybe try to do some cardio, but i hate cardio. Its too dark and cold to do any walking. Im just not burning the calories like I did over summer.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.7 lb a week
