I'm changing my weigh-in day to Friday... I've seen over the 4 weeks that I've been fasting that I always weigh less on the Friday after weigh-in Thursdays, whereas there's no difference in weight between Wednesday & Thursday... I wonder why that is?
Anyway, didn't get up for CF this morning, I was just so out of it... Felt like a zombie! Monday I will be back on track.

I measured myself in January, when I started some stupid diet that I thought I could keep up with, which never happened. Anyways,
Stats for Jan:
Waist: 98.00 cm & Chest: 91.00 cm
Stats for June: (keep in mind, I've only been fasting for 4 weeks, and this is the result)
Waist: 94.5 cm & Chest: 89.00 cm.
