I was pleased to see a slight drop...I tried to stay within calories yesterday but late in night couldn't resist and snacked on nuts, peanut butter and 6 crackers...its good they come in packages or I might have kept going...
184.7 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
