I had quite a setback yesterday. In the morning I thought I'd try and have an apple fast, but as soon as I saw the remainder of the pumpkin bread sitting there on the counter, it was down the hatchet...then I thought I'd just make it about watching the calorie intake for the day...nope...later when I was out driving around in the heat the urge overcame me when I past a convenience store...hopped out of my car and bought a super rich Hagendaz-like ice cream bar....still within calories for the day, when I got home I ate a whole raw halibut fish, banana and slice of cheese. Total intake for the day was abkut 3000 calories...probably what the average was before I started tracking my intake through FS. today I'm not going to think about fasting. let's see what happens.
186.7 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm trying to refrain from high cal snacks (chips, ice cream, cookies) and instead eat fruits (orange, apple, kiwi) that have much lower calorie count. It's not easy but worth it in the end! Give it a try!

Thanks James...I am thinking about that 한약 again...I went as far as checking the website, but didn't order yet...about 300,000 for 3 months...wuite reasonable...Thanks for your support
