Phew, been a busy season already and the real festivities have not even begun! Busy at church with special music, a wedding, having family (lots of them) over for Thanksgiving. All good stuff! Glad that I am refreshed and energized because of my weight loss - it really makes a difference!
I have lost and gained the same two pounds this past week for some reason but I have had other things on my mind so have not been as diligent as I have been. At this point, I will be happy to maintain through the holiday season. I know that seems like a 'give-in', but I don't plan to overeat!! I just plan to spend time doing holiday things too so my focus will not be as intense.
Will still try to hit the gym at least 3 times per week.
Feeling good - how is that for a wonderful Thanksgiving blessing!
