●Thurs 5/5 Took 20U HCG, but 4got 2 pack HCG 4 Houston trip! UGH! Took scale though. Went 2 Black-eyed Pea & had some Southwest Casserole (yuck yuck...didn't eat much of it). ●Fri 5/6 wt 243.5# 🚫HCG. Not much H20. Salad w/ chicken + Walden Farms Dressing. ●Sat 5/7 morn 243.2# (20 units HCG in eve @7:20PM) Had 1/6th of SeaBass dish + 5oz Kendall Jackson Chardonnay @ Pappadeaux at Houston Hobby Airport at~ 3:45P. Flew back to DFW @5p. Home at 7ish pm. Winner's grad dinner at Mac grill. Only drank H20. ●Sun 5/8 242.3# Took 20U HCG this AM. Plan to ramp up exercise and H2O. If still in 242's --> apple day tomorrow.
