Something knew I started. Didn't use the whey protein powder we bought at the gym. Tam brought me her blender and I put a cup of water, small banana, and the right measure of my whey. Whip it up. If you put it in the freezer it gets like ice cream. I drink this and find I'm full for a long time during the day. Also eat fish twice a week. Have been adding little butter to my supper meals for flavor. After 5 weeks missing it. Have to be careful though.
