Took 20units approx 10:30AM yest. 9:15am today. Goal is HCG Before 7:30AM. Got 2 be too late to eat 2nd protein yest. Need to organize better. Drank ~90oz H2O yest. Ate 1/2 grapefruit, Chili with 4 oz 96% lean grilled beef yest. Best sleep in years last night! Woohoo! If I eat red meat, trying to eat it earlier in the day.
