Once again a social function has messed up all the good work rhat I did last week. A stupid family picnic next weekend will do the same. We are to bring dessert so I have no control over what I eat. I am soooooo angry.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week

Try to step up the exercise a bit before and after the event. Also try to make up for it by reducing calories on the days surrounding the event. I know maintaining self control during social functions like that is tough, but it's something many of us need to work on. Look at is as an opportunity to practice getting better at it. :)
