Ok I wish this was a healthy weight-loss, but I have a bad cold right now and I ate pretty much nothing yesterday. I'm also to sick to smoke so that's a good thing.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
