good morning to all;still plodding along. ya know worrying about the kids always takes a toll. i wish i wasn't such a worrier and just be able to live each day and enjoy it as it comes instead of thinking about what may happen down the road. it is like a big weight on you and steals the joy in the room. honestly meds don't help. self medication with food really doesn't help. worrying about what may happen doesn't help. oh,i'm sure i'll snap out of this funk ,but it's sure not fun to be in it during the time.
