2mi Form Run -- M1: 13:20, M2: 13:02 -- 67 F
Week 1 of Half-Marathon training: I'm ready to get started on training for the Austin Half in February. This will be a good way to keep myself active through the eating holidays.
It was hot and humid this morning, but a good run overall. Kept the heart rate at a good level. Need to reread the form chapter before the next form run, because I couldn't remember all the components -- neck and jaw relaxed, wrists relaxed, launching off the toes with each stride -- and I know there are more.
