Can't believe that after hot and sour soup and shrimp in soy ginger sauce and all that water to boot that I lost weight. Now, just from finally having a very good movement yesterday mid morning I should have dropped, but I thought the salty food from last night would have eradicated it. However, it did not. So I am pleased.
